| 1 | mix together cauliflower, 2 cups of mozz cheese and egg beaters (can use 2 eggs instead). Press onto stone or baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 450. | 2 | heat onion and garlic in olive oil until softened. Add tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. | 3 | add sauce and remaining cheese to pizza crust (and additional toppings as desired).
