Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven 375F. Spray 9x13 baking dish w/cooking spray, set aside
2Spray large skillet w/cooking spray; heat over med-high heat. Cook sausage until done. Drain and place in bowl. Add onions, zucchini and bell peppers to skillet; cook for 6 minutes or until crips-tender. Add sausage back to skillet and mix. Spoon into prepared baking disk, sprinkle with cheese.
3Beat Egg Beaters and Eggs with milk, salt and pepper in medium bowl with wire whisk until blended. Pour over sausage/vegi mixture and bake uncovered for about 30 minutes or until top is golden bown and knife comes out clean.
