| 1 | 1. To make the dressing, combine the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, ginger and pepper. Reserve. | 2 | 2. Cut the chicken into strips approximately 1.25 x 1.25 x 8 cm. Stir fry the chicken in the sesame oil until cooked. Remove from pan, cool and refrigerate. | 3 | 3. Blanch the vegetables in boiling salt water. Refresh and drain well. | 4 | 4.
