Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat olive oil in pan and add minced garlic then add ground beef and sautee until browned and crumbled. Drain fat.
2Lower heat and mix in cream cheese and salt, pepper, and some garlic powder to taste.
3In a medium bowl mix eggs with heavy cream and salt, pepper and garlic powder.
4Spread beef mixture into 9" x 13" casserole thinly across the bottom.
5Evenly pour egg mixture over beef and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes until set.
6Remove casserole from oven and layer on remaining ingredients. Place in oven for 20 minutes or until ingredients are cooked as desired.
7Let stand for a few minutes and then slice and serve.
