| 1 | Cover bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch dish with hash browns. Brown onions with sausage; drain and spread over potatoes. Cover with cheese. Mix eggs and sour cream. Season to taste. Pour over mixture in dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. |
