| 1 | Mix all ingredients with whisk. Pour 1/2 c batter onto nonstick pan preheated to medium heat and coated with a thin coating of oil using a paper towel. Cook until it bubbles, then flip. Cook until done. Serve with small amount of butter and syrup or a sprinkle of sugar. |
