small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb)apple, peeled and grated

Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2Spray 8x4" loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
4Add in the egg whites, mashed bananas, grated apple and chocolate chips.
5Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the loaf comes out clean.
6Remove from oven and allow to cool before slicing. Enjoy!
