| 1 | In a large bowl, combine the Parmesan, bread crumbs, onion powder, sage, salt, a few grinds of black pepper, to taste, and parsley. | 2 | Add the ground beef, pork, eggs, and garlic and gently combine. Form into equal-sized meatballs. | 3 | In an oven proof pan over medium heat, add some vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, add the meatballs and sear until light golden on all sides. | 4 | Transfer the pan to the oven and roast @ 400 until cooked through. |
