| 1 | Thinly slice sirloin. Coat with salt and pepper. | 2 | Heat oil in pan, adding sirloin. Brown, over moderately high heat for about 3-4 minutes. | 3 | Place onions in pan, salt and pepper, and let cook about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms, and cook for another 5 minutes.
