Steps
Sequence Step
1Brown ground beef with, chopped onions, garlic and onion powders. (Drain)
2In separate pot, combine kidney beans and corn (without draining) and heat through.
3In microwave safe bowl, combine brown rice with 2 cups water and heat on high for approx. 14 mins.
4Add sauce to beef and continue cooking until heated through.
5Add beef mixture and rice to the kidney bean pot and heat through.
