Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine dry ingredients, set aside.
2Prepare fruit and vegtables, set aside.
3Combine liquid (wet) ingredients, beat in eggs.
4Fold in wet ingredients into dry. Fold in fruit/vegtables and nuts.
5Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 - 25 minutes. Muffins are done when a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
