| 1 | Saute onions, mushrooms in olive oil. Add crushed garlic. Prepare noodles, strain and set aside. Add 1 large can crushed tomatoes, and medium can chunky tomato sauce, and spices. Let simmer.
Place noodles in bottom of pan, then layer sauce, cottage cheese, spinach, mozarella cheese - twice. Bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes or until bubbly and top layer melts/browns. |
