1THAW CARROTS AND ZUCCHINI. DRAIN OFF EXCESS WATER.
2SLICE GREEN PEPPERS INTO STRIPS.
3MIX TORTELLINI, CARROTS, PEPPERS, ZUCCHINI, SALT, PEPPER, THYME, BASIL AND MARINARA TOGETHER.
4BAKE IN 350 F. CONVECTION OVEN, LOW FAN, FOR 30-45 MINUTES OR UNTIL INTERNAL TEMPERATURE REACHES 165 F. FOR 15 SECONDS.
5SPRINKLE EACH PAN WITH 1/2 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE AND SERVE.
6CCP: HOLD FOR SERVICE AT 140 F. OR HIGHER.
