Cereal Bars

cupWhole Wheat Pastry Flour, Bobs Red Mill

cupBob's Red Mill

teaspoonsalt

teaspoonbaking powder
Steps
Sequence Step
1Cream coconut oil, honey, vanilla and egg.
2In separate bowl, combine flour, oats, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
3Add dry ingredients and carrots to wet mixture a little at a time until fully incorporated.
4Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
5Once chilled, roll out between wax paper until roughly 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick and roughly in the shape of a square.
6Cut into bars, roughly 1 inch wide and 4-6 inched long.
7Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
