11. Clean and sanitize preparation surfaces. 2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 3. Measure dry ingredients (whole wheat flour, whole grain corn meal, baking powder, salt) and mix together in a large mixing bowl with a whisk. 4. In a separate mixing bowl beat together egg and milk with whisk. 5. Wash, dry, and grate zucchini - add to wet mixing bowl. 6. Measure and add corn and cheese to wet mixing bowl. 7. Mix together all wet ingredients. 8. Create a well in the center of dry ingredient bowl. Pour wet ingredients into well and mix together only until all ingredients are moist. 9. Spray baking pan with oil coating bottom and sides or lay down parchment paper. 10. Measure ¼ cup of mixture and form into round flat cake and place on baking sheet. 11. Repeat until all mixture is used. 12. Bake until golden brown and toothpick inserted into center comes out clean (about 15 minutes)
