Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2Combine the dry ingredients: oats, coconut sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon
3Combine the eggs and vanilla, (add 1/2 cup milk if you like your baked oatmeal to be more moist)
4Combine wet and dry ingredients; fold in the blueberries
5Pour the combined mixture into a bread pan or divide into a muffin tin (greased)
6Bake for 25 minutes
