Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350F/325F convection.
2Cream butter/coconut oil/peanut butter/sugar/stevia/molasses. Add egg/banana/vanilla/orange rind/applesauce, mix thoroughly.
3In separate bowl stir together oats/flour/soda/spices/flax.
4Add dry mix to wet, mix thoroughly.
5Refrigerate dough covered for at least 30mins.
6Scoop dough onto parchment lined cookie sheets using 2Tbl. scoop, flatten slightly.
7Bake 10-12mins or until desired brown-ness (longer for crispy dunkers, shorter for chewy.)
8Cool cookies on racks.
