Steps
Sequence Step
1Dissolve Sugar in Warm Water and mix in yeast. Let grow for approx 10 minutes
2Add oil, egg salt and 10 Cups flour Mix until moist. Add remaining flour as needed to get soft mixture. Mix for no less than 12 minutes.
3Let grow for about 1/2 hour and work dough down (approx 4 minutes). Then transfer to oiled bowl and let rise for a couple of hours. Form into loaves and let rise for an hour or so.
4Bake at 325 for first 15 minutes, then turn oven up to somewhere around 400 to finish off until brown as desired. For extra crusty bread put a pan (cast iron fry pan works well) in bottom of your oven with water in it.
