onion1 medium onions chopped
Steps
Sequence Step
1Boil chicken til done.
2Drain and shred. Soak in half the enchilada sauce.
3Chop Onion.
4Spray 6x9 casserole with cooking spray.
5Dip tortillas in other half of enchilada sauce until coated.
6Line bottom of casserole dish with 3 soaked tortillas, half the chicken and about a third of the cheese.
7Repeat for next layer.
8Place remaining soaked tortillas and cheese on top.
9Bake 30-45 minutes at 350F until cheese is bubbly and browning and the casseroled is heated all the way through.
