Steps
Sequence Step
1Roast Veggies with olive oil and spices 25 to 30 minutes until veggies are tender
2Whisk together lime juice, maple syrup, salt, pepper, olive oil and set aside
3To assemble: in a 24 oz bowl, add 1/4 cup beans and 1/4 cup bulgur to the bottom of the bowl. Transfer roasted veggies to a large bowl with dressing and toss to combine. Scoop 1/4 of the veggie mixture on top of beans and bulgur. Top with 1/4 avocado slices and cilantro.
