Step

| 1 | Roast Sunflower Seeds at 200F for 30 mins. | 2 | Roast pumpkin seeds at 250F for 15 mins. | 3 | Add roasted seeds and raw almonds to food processor. | 4 | Blend for a few mins until nuts and seeds change from coarse till it eventually becomes a fine flour. | 5 | Process some more until the mixture turns crumbly, and then process some more until it starts to stick. Don''t panic, this is normal. | 6 | Add the coconut oil as the crumbly mixture starts to heat up slightly so to help release the oils from the nuts and seeds. | 7 | When the mixture breaks down and starts to become smooth, add coconut sugar, Himalayan salt, and then the chia, flax and hemp seeds. | 8 | When all ingredients are thoroughly blended and mixture is smooth and buttery, pour out into mason jar or sealed container. |
