package (2 lb)broccoli florets fresh

package (10 oz)Carrots, baby

package (10 oz)Onion, chopped with chopped bell pepper

tablespoonsCornstarch, heaping TBSP

tablespoonssoy sauce (reduces sodium)

tablespoonblack or white sesame seeds

Steps
Sequence Step
1Cut chicken into cubes. Combine cornstarch and soy sauce and add chicken. Sautée chicken in a wok until browned. Remove chicken from wok and add vegetables. Sauté 3-4 minutes then add chicken. Add hoisin sauce and cook another 10 minutes. Serve with brown rice.
