| 1 | Brown hamburger in skillet with onion. | 2 | Cook bacon until very crisp. | 3 | Combine hamburger mix & bacon pieces, breaking up any larger clumps with a fork or pastry mixer until you have a fine mix. | 4 | Drain will of any excess grease and press into the bottom of a deep-dish pie pan. Set aside. | 5 | Preheat oven to 350 F | 6 | Combine remaining ingredients in mixer bowl and whip well. | 7 | Pour mixture over beef "crust" and bake 40-45 min until the top is browned and "set". | 8 | Cool 15-20 min before slicing. | 9 | This can be packaged in Ziplocs or plastic container for meals quickly microwaved over the next 3-5 days. Does not freeze well though. |
