| 1 | in a food processor pulse the onion, garlic and carrots. In a large bowl combine the pork, beef, chopped veggies, seasonings, bread crumbs and egg. combine with a fork, careful not to squeeze the meat. Press into a 9in loaf pan then flip the pan over onto a cookie sheet leaving the molded meatloaf. Cook for 45-55 min until temp 160. |
