2/3
cupalmond butter, plain - scant
1/2
cup (8 fl oz)Agave syrup
2
tablespoonscoconut oil, extra virgin, melted
1
tablespoonvanilla extract
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 325F. Mix together all of the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients and then pour over dry ingredients. Mix together well until all the dry ingredients are well coated. Spread out on a large baking tray (or two) covered with parchment paper in a fairly even layer- it’s okay for it all to be touching.
2Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes, or until lightly golden, turning once half way through. Generally speaking you know it’s ready when you can smell the roasting nuts. The longer you bake it, the more toasted it becomes. Do not allow to burn. Cool on baking sheet before storing in an airtight container.
