Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Clean and Slice mushrooms put in a small bowl. Roll the 5 sage leaves and thinly slice. Place Mushrooms in sprayed frying pan at low heat to sautee.
2Peel and cut 2 Shallots and 2 garlic cloves. Place in frying pan with mushrooms cover and stir frequently. Remove from pan when soft and place in deep pan for the oven. Place spinach and kale in pan to Sautee. Add to deep pan.
3Crack and Mix 1 dozen large eggs with 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk.
4In the deep pan combine the sauteed vegetables and pour the egg mixture over it. Blend all ingredients together and place in the 350 degree oven for 25 - 30 minutes.
5Remove from oven and let sit 5 minutes before cutting. Slice in 12 squares. 2 squares per each serving.
