can (15 oz)Canned black beans, drained and rinsed

cupstomato sauce - 8 oz can

Steps
Sequence Step
1Brown beef
2Drain and rinse beans
3Combine all ingredients in crockpot.
4Set crockpot on high for 1 hour then turn to low for 2 hours.
5Serve
