Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 400°F. In a saucepan, let the peaches cook for about 10 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionall. when the peaches are cooked, turn off the heat and set aside to cool. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine. Fill a silicone muffin tray (allows you to omit paper liners and additional fat) with the (rather liquid-y) mix and bake at 350°F for about 24 minutes. Toothpick check for a few crumbs but no liquid. Enjoy!
