Steps
Sequence Step
1Brown your ground meat along with the bell pepper and onion. Once the meat is browned and the vegetables are tender, add in the large jar of Ragu sauce of choice.
2Place a layer of sauce in a baking dish (pan size can vary, but it should be a deep dish), then add a layer of unboiled pasta noodles and spread a layer of cream cheese over them, followed by a layer of cottage cheese, then mozzarella. Repeat layers until you''ve used all ingredients.
3Finish the layers by adding mozzarella on top.
4Add about 1-2 cups of water once you''ve completed the pan (you add this ass the lasagna noodles haven''t been boiled, so this will help the lasagna not to dry out.
5Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until hot and bubbly all over.
