cupcoconut flour

cupunsweetened cocoa powder

cupsugar substitute (splenda)

Steps
Sequence Step
1Grind almonds to a fine texture in a food processor.
2Add coconut flour, cocoa powder, Splenda, and salt to the food processor and pulse to combine.
3Add softened butter to food processor and continue to pulse until mixture comes together in a soft dough.
4Dump dough mixture into an 8-inch pie plate and pat firmly into pan to form crust. Place in refrigerator while preparing filling.
5With electric mixer, blend cream cheese, yogurt, peanut butter, and Splenda. Mix in mini-chocolate chips.
6Spread the chocolate chip "cookie dough" cheesecake mixture into prepared crust.
7Place cheesecake back in refrigerator. Chill for at least four hours before serving.
