Ingredients

1/4	cups	soy sauce, lite, (shoyu)
1/8	cup, unpacked	brown sugar
1	teaspoon	garlic minced
1	tablespoon	olive oil
2	tablespoons	honey
1	dash	red peppers (hot), crushed
1	tablespoon	lemon juice
1	serving	Chicken Breast (Non-Breaded)
1	tablespoon	Cornstarch

Steps

Sequence	Step

1	Slice chicken into thin pieces.
2	In a sauce pan, mix and heat all ingredients except cornstarch and chicken. Preheat oven to 375 F
3	Place chicken in high walled pan and pour glaze over. Cook about 15 min.
4	Pour glaze in saucepan with cornstarch that has been dissolved in a small amount of water. Heat until thick. Pour over chicken and serve.
