teaspoontabasco depending on taste
Steps

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2Scrub potatoes under cold water then prick potatoes 4-5 times all over with a paring knife or fork; bake in preheated oven for 1-1 1/2 hours until soft inside and crisp skin outside
3While potatoes are baking brown the turkey and onions together in a medium-large non-stick skillet (10-15 minutes). Add BBQ sauce and continue cooking over medium-medium high heat stiring all the time for 5 minutes until turkey, onions and sauce are fully combined. Take off heat.
4Slice the potatoes length wise half way through and remove the flesh to a large mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste and mash with a potato masher or fork until potatoes are kind of fluffy then mix in turkey mixture, sour cream, 1 cup of the cheese, tabasco and green onions (reserve a few green onions to garnish with).
5Fill potaoes skins with potato and turkey mixture. Stuff the skins as much as possible then top with the remaining half cup of cheese. Put filled potatoes on a sheet pan and bake in the oven until heated through and cheese is melted/browned (10-15 minutes). Top with reserved green onions and serve.
