cup (8 fl oz)water

cuppumpkin

cup (not packed)raisins, seedless

cup, choppedwalnut halves, roughly chopped
Steps
Sequence Step
1In large bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
2In a separate large bowl mix vegetable oil, eggs, water, sugar, and pumpkin.
3Mix flour mixture into liquid mixture 1/3 - 1/2 at a time. Mix well.
4Fold in walnuts and raisins.
5Pour into 2 large greased loaf pans.
6Bake for 1 hour, then test center. If it is still gooey bake 10 more minutes, and check again.
