1/2	cup	flour unbleached
3	cups, diced	rhubarb
2	pint as purchased, yields	strawberries
1	piece (1/8 of 9" crust)	Pie crust, standard-type, frozen, ready-to-bake, unenriched
1/3	cup, packed	brown sugar
1/2	cup, packed	brown sugar
1/2	cup	flour unbleached
3	tablespoons	butter

1	Slice strawberries and rhubarb
2	Add 1/2 cup flour and granulated sugar - mix well - let sit for 30 minutes
3	Place mixture in pie crust
4	Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
