| 1 | heat oil in skillet pan and add onion''s, celery. cook for about 5 min stiring occ. add garlic and spices and continue to cook med heat. after about 5 min add toms and cook for another 5 min. add spinich and wilt. after wilted add cream and season with salt and petter and return to simmer. |
