tablespoonolive oil

cup dicedpotatoes

Steps
Sequence Step
1Coat large pan or Dutch oven with olive oil over medium heat, add garlic. Let cook a few minutes.
2Add carrots, celery, onion, potatoes, cook 4-5 minutes.
3Add both cans of diced tomatoes, do not drain. Add chicken stock, bay leaves, parsley, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Stir and leave uncovered, bring to a boil.
4When boiling, cover and turn to low. Cook on low for 30 minutes.
5Drain and add corn, peas, and green beans, cook on low for 5 more minutes.
6Add entire can of crab, stir and remove from heat. Remove bay leaves.
