Steps
Sequence Step
1Broil chilis for 5-8 minutes. discard skin, stem, and seeds. Chop coarsely
2Combine eggs, cumin, chili powder, and salt.
3Cook potatoes and onions over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. add water and cook for 6-7 minutes until potato is tender.
4add eggs and chilis. coover over medium-low heat for 3-6 minutes.
5top with salsa, cilantro, and avocado
