1add almonds oats sunflower seeds to bowl set aside
2stir honey and vanilla together in Sause pan over medium heat. get to boil and leave there while stirring occasionally 5mins when ready pour over almond mixture very quickly stir mixture until evenly coted.
3transfer to baking dish and presss firmly to dish even layer. let bars cool 30mins then cut bars into 12 bars
