| 1 | Cook the bacon in a pan on medium to high heat. | 2 | Once the bacon is cooked, remove it from the pan and place it to the side. | 3 | Leave the bacon grease in the pan, add the cut cabbage, and then add a little water. | 4 | Steam the cabbage until it is wilted. | 5 | Finally, add the bacon back in with the cabbage and salt and pepper to taste. | 6 | (optional- add a can of Rotel for an extra flavor) |
