head, medium (about 5-3/4\" dia)Cabbage raw

medium slices (packed 20/lb)bacon
Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook the bacon in a pan on medium to high heat.
2Once the bacon is cooked, remove it from the pan and place it to the side.
3Leave the bacon grease in the pan, add the cut cabbage, and then add a little water.
4Steam the cabbage until it is wilted.
5Finally, add the bacon back in with the cabbage and salt and pepper to taste.
6(optional- add a can of Rotel for an extra flavor)
