Steps
Sequence Step
1Spiralize zucchini into "zoodles". Thinly slice cabbage and red pepper and mix into "zoodles" with thinly sliced scallions, cilantro and peanuts. To make dressing, combine peanut butter, lime juice, tamari, sriracha and ground ginger adding 1T of water at a time until it is thin enough to pour (creamy dressing consistency). Pour dressing over vegetables and toss to coat. Let stand for 20 minutes to give the dressing a chance to flavor the vegetables.
