| 1 | Finely chop 1 1/2 cups each of cantaloupe and honeydew melon. Set Aside. | 2 | Place remaining coarsely chopped cantaloupe and honeydew mellown in blender with orange juice, lime juice and hone and puree (this will take only a few seconds) | 3 | Pour the puree into large bowl stir in shampagne and reserved melon. cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
