1 | Combine onion powder, almond flour, ground beef, and egg yolk in a bowl. Divide mixture into 4 patties. |
2 | Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and cook patties in a frying pan on medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side. |
3 | After patties are cooked remove them from the pan and keep warm. |
4 | Add remaining tablespoon of butter to same frying pan. Add shallots and mushrooms and sautée until just softened. |
5 | Add tomato paste, mustard, and coconut milk to pan and mix together. |
6 | Add beef broth and stir until thickened. |
7 | Place patties in gravy and coat both sides with gravy. |
