Italian tomatoTomatoes, seeded and chopped

cupmozzarella, organic, Horizon

tablespoonsolive oil, extra virgin
Steps
Sequence Step
1Put Olive Oil in bowl and add chopped garlic, basil, and tomatoes. Steep for at least 15 minutes.
2Cook the pasta in boiling water while the oil steeps.
3Cut mozzarella into 1/2" cubes and set aside. Drain pasta after it is cooked slightly more than al dente.
4Rinse pasta and fold into Olive Oil mixture. Fold in mozzarella and serve. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
