2 1/2	cups	whole wheat cake flour
1/2	cup	unsweetened cocoa powder
1	teaspoon	baking soda
1	teaspoon	baking powder
1/2	teaspoon	salt
1/3	cup	molasses
1/3	cup	honey
1/2	cup	sugar
1/2	cup	canola oil
3	large	eggs,
1	teaspoon	vanilla extract
1 3/4	cups	chocolate chips, semi sweet, Ghirardelli
1/3	cup	Milk, canned, evaporated, without added vitamin A
2/3	tablespoon	Maple Syrup, Mohawk Valley Trading Company
