Steps
Sequence Step
1In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and salt.
2In another bowl, combine the honey, eggs, bananas, bean puree, buttermilk, and vanilla.
3Add to flour mixture to the liquid mixture, stirring just until combined. Fold in nuts.
4Pour into 2 greased 9-in. x 5-in. loaf pans (or 8 mini loaves). Bake at 325° for 45 min to 1 hour (or 30 - 45 min for the mini loaves) or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
