cup (8 fl oz)water

teaspoonsugar

cupsall-purpose flour

tablespoonsolive oil

teaspoonssalt

cupsapple juice
Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine water with yeast and sugar. Stir and let stand 5 minutes
2combine flour, oil, salt and apple juice. Stir and add yeast mixture.
3Knead dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and not sticky. Oil a bowl and place dough in it to rise.
4Cover and let rise about 2 hours until dough in size. Punch down and knead 3 minutes. Roll and stretch dough into thick tube shape.
5Cut roll into 15 pieces. Skhape piece into a ball. Pat each ball into a 6 inch circle. Place on baking sheets and let stand 1 hour.
6preheat over to 500 and bake for 3-5 minutes
