| 1 | Celery soup from Epicurious. Dice one medium diced onion and one bunch of celery and put in pan on stove with a stick of butter. After 8-10 minutes add 3 cups chicken stock, when heated remove from stove and blend with dill. Once complete add cream and serve with drizzle of olive oil, celery leaves, and pinch of salt. |
