Ingredients

1/3	cup	butter
1	package (8.5 oz)	Bread, cornbread, dry mix, enriched (includes corn muffin mix)
1	large	eggs
2	cup	popcorn (popped)
1	cup, small pieces	chocolate, white
1/2	cup, crumbs	cookies

Steps

Sequence	Step

1	preheat the oven to 400F
2	take box of cornbread mix and combine with milk,egg and melted butter in a large bowl
3	let stand for 10 minuets
4	place cupcakes liners in a muffin pan and place 3-4 pieces of popcorn in each liner
5	fill each cupcake to 3/4 of the way with the cornbread mix
6	bake at 400F for 5 minutes
7	then take out of the oven
8	press 6-10 pieces of popcorn on top of muffin covering the whole surface
9	return to oven for 10 minutes or until the cupcakes are cooked through
10	let cool
11	in a medium bowl
12	melt 1 cup of white chocolate
13	add 1/2 cup of fine area crumbs and stir to combine
14	dip each cupcake in the Oreo chocolate
15	allowing the excess to drip back into the bowl
