Steps

1mix almond milk and bran cereal, let stand 5 minutes to soften
2mix dry ingredients
3mash banana, add egg, slightly beaten and applesauce
4fold in dry ingredients
5bake in greased muffin tin at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
