2 1/2	cups	Baby Spinach Leaves
1	teaspoon	butter
3	clove	garlic minced
1	cup	ricotta cheese
10	ounces	cream cheese
1 1/2	cups	Artichokes, canned
1	cup, diced	provolone cheese

Steps

Sequence	Step

1	Saute together spinach and garlic until wilted but still bright green. Remove from heat and stir in ricotta cheese and cream cheese, mixing well. Add artichoke hearts. Spread in shallow dish and top with provolone cheese. Place on middle rack of oven and broil until cheese has melted and begins to brown.
